PORTAL – Avow

Australian extreme experimental metal act PORTAL has announced the release of their new album AVOW and dropped the lead single “Eye“.

Originally formed in 1994 in Brisbane Queensland, Portal has forged a loyal fanbase with their avant-garde fusion of extreme, black, and death metal. “Avow” is Portal’s sixth full-length album and features six tracks of pure insanity.

Avow will release worldwide on May 28th with Pre-orders available now via Profound Law records.

Melbourne-based instrumental three-piece THE OMNIFIC have confirmed the release of the single “Wax & Wane” the first new music in two years.

In this time the band has built a loyal local and international fan base and established relationships with reputable brands such as Darkglass Electronics, Neural DSP and Dingwall Guitars.

Along side the confirmation of new music The Omnific have signed a worldwide record deal with Wild Thing Records, landed management representation with Wild Thing Presents and also joined the booking roster at Destroy All Lines!

Melbourne’s VENGEANCE are back with their brutal new song “MALICE”.
Formed in 2020 with each member heavily rooted in the local heavy community VENGEANCE is a powerhouse from the very beginning, their latest track is filled with guttural vocals, slamming riffs and classic breakdowns.

MALICE is accompanied by a video by 104 Creative, Animation by Dissident Media, Produced by Michael Campbell & Lance Prenc, with audio Mix & Mastered by Lance Prenc.

Local legends MUNT have announced their first show in over a year. MUNT and Isua will be hitting the stage in support of Sydney’s Burial Pit on their “Subhuman Scum” EP tour.

You can fill your ears with blackened grinding death on the 29th of May at Old Bar in Fitzroy. MUNT recently released a split EP with Cordell, you can check it out here.
