This Watch Wednesday we are taking a look at a very special exhibition by Christian Marclay.
“The Clock” is a 24-hour video installation painstakingly created from thousands of movie clips that include images of watches, clocks and references to time. The clips have been masterfully edited together and synched to the real time of the viewers location, resulting in a mesmerizing journey through cinematic history.
Not only is this exhibition extremely unique, it is a treat for watch fans as you get to see hundreds of iconic watches, including Omega, Rolex, Seiko and Casio.
The clock exhibition travels the world and is currently viewable at ACMI in Melbourne until the 11th of March 2019.
