Cover shot – OUTRIGHT
In case you missed it, Melbourne hardcore stalwarts Outright recently released a video clip for ‘Defeat / Repeat‘, the lead track off their ‘Holler‘ EP.
Coming in hard and fast from the get go, ‘Defeat / Repeat’ delivers the same level of ferocity that’s seen them gain such a loyal following over the past decade. The combination of tight, catchy musicianship and thought-provoking, intensely delivered lyrics is the perfect taste to both satiate current fans and welcome new ones into the fold.
Equally known for their intense and energetic live shows as much as the causes they champion, vocalist Jelena Goluza had this to say about the video clip:
“We wanted to capture some of the explosive energy in our music and message, and transfer that from the stage to the screen in a few short minutes. Whether it’s for one person or a thousand, we will always give you our best and try to connect with you. This is an anti-fascist track in defence of us all.”
